Ninalee Irani, Bainbridge Island oil painter creates lively still lifes with a unique visual perspective, traditional yet spirited. “My still lifes are inspired by the charming qualities of the natural world.” http://www.nineart.ca
Rod Weagant has spent over 40 years communicating the wonder he feels about our natural world. Through oil paint and canvas Rod has balanced his academic formalist background with the pure emotional response he feels when surrounded by the northwest landscape. http://rodweagantstudio.comPaul Polson, Poulsbo oil painter and “oversized” inflatable sculptor. Polson’s “geologically styled” paintings are layered narratives revealing his unique perspective on humanity and the relationship to the earth. Currently on exhibit at BIMA, read the NEWS section below. http://paulpolson.com/Jeff Weekley, a figurative oil painter that explores the human force to create spirited and reflective narratives with universal appeal. My subjects are young women, vulnerable
yet empowered by the decisions that confront them. “I ask the audience to view the painting and find the meaning that speaks to them.” http://jeffweekley.com
